GAIA PHOTO/OUTSIDE SHOP TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your use of any website, application, or service (collectively the “Services”) owned and operated by Outside Interactive, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 1600 Pearl St., Suite 300, Boulder CO, 80302, or its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to as “Outside,” the “Company,” “we,” or “our” as applicable) that displays or links to these Terms of Use.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY VISITING, VIEWING, OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ANY ORGANIZATION YOU REPRESENT) ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

What is the Credit? The credit will include $25.00 USD off your next purchase at the Outside Shop, minimum purchase of $75.00 USD required (“Credit”). Individual items subject to availability.

Who is Eligible? Eligible for Gaia subscribers, Outside+ members, and O+ members who upload a public photo onto the Gaia GPS mobile application from September 2nd, 2022 to September 6th, 2022 at 11:59 pm MT. U.S. residents only.

To receive your Credit, the privacy setting on the photo uploaded must be set to “Public” to enable our team to be able to confirm the posting of the photo and send you your Credit.

How do I redeem my Credit? Your Credit will be emailed to the email address associated with your Gaia GPS account and you will need to apply the Credit at checkout. Your Credit must be used by September 30, 2022; unused Credits will be automatically forfeited if not used before that time.

Can I combine my Credit with other coupons? Your Credit is not combinable with other offers, promotional codes, or coupons.

Returns. Returns of eligible products are allowed, however, the redeemer will not be able to use the Credit a second time and will not be given a new Credit. Certain products are not eligible for return, in Outside Interactive, Inc.’s (“Outside”) sole discretion, including, but not limited to, safety products, helmets, and climbing gear.

Additional Terms. Credits are void if not redeemed by the applicable deadline. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Outside is not responsible for lost or stolen Credits. Credits are non-transferable and not for resale. Discount will only be honored after verification of identity in Outside’s sole discretion. Any attempt to defraud Outside in conjunction with offer will result in voiding of the Credit, with consumer paying full price for purchased items and possible legal sanctions. Outside’s decisions as to offer are final and binding. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Outside reserves the right to change these terms or cancel the offer at any time. Use of a Credit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law. Outside’s standard terms and conditions of use and privacy policy will apply to the upload of any photo to the Gaia GPS mobile application, the offer, and redemption of any Credit.
