Our return policy varies based on the service you purchased your product through.  Currently, returns are allowed for Domestic US orders only.

Returning items is easy! Follow the steps above to receive a prepaid shipping label.

Items in new and original condition, purchased in the last 30 days are returnable.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. A return handling fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your return.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer available, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

The return approval and refund process can take 3-5 business days from the time your shipment arrives in our facility. You will be notified via email after we have processed your return.

When packaging products for a return, please take reasonable care to see that the products are not damaged in transit. It is your responsibility for costs of damaged items due to inadequate packaging.

If you need to exchange an item for another size or color or item, you will need to place a new order for that item and return the item you would like to exchange.

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us directly to discuss options. Manufacturer defects are issues not related to damages incurred by natural wear and tear or accidents.


We do not offer returns on individual items for our monthly or quarterly subscription services. If you’re dissatisfied with your collection, and all products are still in new and original condition, you can mail back the entire collection to us for a full refund. Refunds will be given after the product has been received and reviewed by our team. Return shipping is your expense.


All sales on our auction page are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right. Contact us to start the process.
