Outside Outpost Flash Sale Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply to the Outside Outpost Flash Sale occurring from April 18, 2023 - April 20, 2023 (the “Sale”). 

• Eligibility and Timing. The Sale can be accessed by those based in the United States starting on April 18, 2023 and ending on April 20, 2023. The Sale is only valid on the listed dates. The Sale may not be applied retroactively to any existing orders. 
• Codes. The Code will be redeemable for fifty percent (50%) off the total purchase price of the redeemer’s cart at check-out, shipping charges and taxes excluded. Codes will expire on April 21, 2023 12:01AM PST, and must be redeemed prior to that time. Unused Codes will be automatically forfeited after the termination of the Sale. Codes may not be combined with any other Outside Outpost offers or promotions. Codes may not be redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, or expired Codes will not be replaced. 
• Shipping. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Outside reserves the right to request a change of address or cancellation of the order in Outside’s sole discretion if a P.O. box address is used in connection with an order. 
• Returns. Returns of eligible products are allowed, however, the redeemer will not be able to use the Code a second time and will not be given a new Code. Certain products are not eligible for return, in Outside’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to, safety products, helmets, and climbing gear. 
• Miscellaneous. Outside reserves the right to change these terms or cancel the Sale at any time. Use of a Code constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law. Outside’s standard terms and conditions of use and privacy policy will apply to the Sale and redemption of any Code. Please contact us here if you have any questions about the Sale.
