Outside Shop End of Season Sale Terms and Conditions

OUTSIDE SHOP END OF SEASON SALE TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: September 9, 2022

These Terms of Use govern your use of any website, application, or service (collectively the “Services”) owned and operated by Outside Interactive, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 1600 Pearl St., Suite 300, Boulder CO, 80302, or its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to as “Outside,” the “Company,” “we,” or “our” as applicable) that displays or links to these Terms of Use.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY VISITING, VIEWING, OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ANY ORGANIZATION YOU REPRESENT) ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

The following terms and conditions will apply to the Outside Shop End of Season Sale hosted by Outside Interactive, Inc. (“Outside”) occurring from September 12, 2022 - September 30, 2022 (the “Sale”). 

The Sale. The Sale includes 25% off any purchase of $75.00 USD or more. Individual items subject to availability.

Eligibility and Timing. The Sale can be accessed by [Outside+ and O+ members] from September 12, 2022 - September 30, 2022 at 11:59 pm MT. U.S. residents only. The Sale is only valid on the listed dates. The Sale may not be applied retroactively to any existing orders.

Redemption. Outside+ and O+ members will receive the Sale code via email and [insert any other method of code knowledge] (the “Codes”). The [one-time] Codes will be redeemable for twenty-five (25%) off the total purchase price of the redeemer’s cart at check-out, shipping charges and taxes excluded; minimum purchase of $75.00 USD or more necessary. Codes will expire on September 30, 2022 at 11:59 pm MT, and must be redeemed prior to that time. Unused Codes will be automatically forfeited after the termination of the Sale. Codes may not be redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, or expired Codes will not be replaced. Codes may not be combined with other offers, sales, promotional codes, or coupons.

Products; Limits. To ensure that the Sale is as fair as possible, there will be limitations on how many units you can purchase of each item. The limit will vary from product to product based on product availability and popularity. Certain products may not be a part of the Sale, in Outside’s sole discretion. Outside reserves the right to cancel any order in its sole discretion.

Shipping. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Outside reserves the right to request a change of address or cancellation of the order in Outside’s sole discretion if a P.O. box address is used in connection with an order. Expect longer wait times for shipment of products purchased under the Sale.

Returns. Returns of eligible products are allowed, however, the redeemer will not be able to use the Code a second time and will not be given a new Code. Certain products are not eligible for return, in Outside’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to, safety products, helmets, and climbing gear.

Miscellaneous. Sale will only be honored after verification of identity in Outside’s sole discretion. Any attempt to defraud Outside in conjunction with the Sale will result in voiding of the Code redemption, with consumer paying full price for purchased items and possible legal sanctions. Outside’s decisions as to the Sale are final and binding. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Outside reserves the right to change these terms or cancel the Sale at any time. Redemption of a Code constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law. Outside’s standard terms and conditions of use and privacy policy will apply to the Sale and redemption of any Code. Please contact us here if you have any questions.
